Please join the Leukemia & Lymphomia Society for their  upcoming event on Friday, October 14, 2011.  Festivities will start at 6:00 PM at the corner of Biddle Ave. & Elm in Downtown Wyandotte.  The walk will start at 7:30 PM and takes less than an hour to complete.

The funds that will be raised during the walk will provide the following:

• Life saving blood Cancer Research.

• Free Education materials and events for patients and their families.

• Local programs such as Family Support Groups and First Connection, a peer to peer counseling program.

• Comprehensive, personalized assistance through the Information Resource Center.
